Return Process

  Securely pack your paracord items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our UK-based workshop.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
